What are you doing to celebrate Valentine’s Day?

I’m single and I plan on eating pizza.

I celebrate Single Awareness Day (SAD) instead! I spoil myself with my favorite meal, have a good workout at the gym to boost my self esteem and confidence, and usually treat myself to something like a new outfit or something I've wanted for a while. If I'm lucky enough to get to the stores in time, I buy myself half off Valentine's day candy on the 15th.

Why? Because I'm me and I deserve it.
I don't get depressed over a holiday that makes singles feel like crap, and couples stress out over how much their partner supposedly cares about them based on what said person does or buys for them.

I'll be cooking a meal for her, nothing unusual there though. I don't buy into the one special day a year to show love or affection, that should be a daily occurrence.

Depending on whether or not i have to work that day or the next day I'm probably going to eat some buffalo wings, fried cheese, chocolate covered strawberries and whip cream, chocolate chip cookie dough ice cream, and drink some Mike's Hard Lemonade. Probably talk with some friends and binge watch YouTube.

I am single again this year. So every year, I get a really nice dinner, chocolate, and maybe possibly wine; but wine makes me feel like shit; so I might not get wine. lol I celebrate regardless of relationship status because I love myself <3

My boyfriend and I are going to a nice fancy restaurant for dinner. Hopefully next year at this time we can spend Valentines Day near the Gulf where it will be beautiful and warm too !

Thankfully they gave us Valentine's Day off due to the super bowl in the states.
I'll probably just sleep in and enjoy it like any other day off.
It's close to my mom & dad's birthday (12th) so that always took priority, lol.

I don't calibrate holidays. Just another day. I went into the military from HS and I have generally worked holidays. The valentines days that I was with someone, they demanded to receive certain gifts, they are both ex's.
