What does it mean if a man invites you over to his house for the first time and subsequently its on Valentines day?

I hope some of the guys can answer this from a male perspective. I met this man through business. He is 16 years older than me. Iv only been to his place ones for work purposes. He told me he likes me and would love to get to know me better. He invited me to his house on Valentines day. I accepted but have no idea what to expect. He is quite shy and more of the observant type. He did mention in one of our conversations that if I am comfortable with him touching me he wouldn't mind giving me a massage. I guess I'm slightly confused about what to expect and is this seen as am official date or just casually getting to know each other?

He'll make a smooth approach. This is very obvious that he is telling you he wants you. As a shy guy myself I dont know if he will initiate into sex, he might fantasizes about it but might not dare to do it
