I think it's a fine gift for v-day. I've gotten a few sets and I've loved them. You gotta know your partner really well though. Lingerie can make you feel hot or make you feel ugly. So if you don't know your partner really well or your partner prefers to pick out their own stuff maybe a better gift would be a date to Victoria secrets lol

I'd prefer to buy it to surprise my lover than have it brought for me.. but I'd still appreciate it if it was gifted to me. So long as they got the size right!

Well it depends on how long we been together this isn't something I would give or want to get if we only been together for a week or 2. But if I been with someone for a month + It could be nice as long as you know the person's style and size.
