Thoughts on giving flowers as a gift (in general, not just for valentines)?

Personally I would much prefer a potted plant over a bushel of cut flowers that likely won't last the month even with proper care... it just always seems like an "I couldn't think of anything better, so this is what you ended up with", whereas if you simply put it in a pot it feels more intentional lol

I think it all depends on the person and what they actually like some people love flowers and would welcome that idea and some people would just hate them and wouldn't want them at all so it depends on a person

That's true, but by and large society accepts flowers (and cards, but that's another conversation) as the go-to presents

The day of buying women flowers are in the past. Modern feminists have told men they are rapists and creeps and any showing of interests is met with the girls leaving the man promptly.

What would you know about realistic. I've been dating longer than you've been alive. I've been in these streets. The fastest way to get rid of a girl is to tell her how you feel. Unless you ladies delete instagram and snapchat and stop this hoe phase bs. It will never get better, it will only get worse. You have too many options and the fathers aren't choosing men for daughters anymore. They make their own decisions and choose badly.
