i was standing with this guy..and I cracked a joke and he was laughing...and using laughing as an excuse he grabs my arm, squeezes it, leans on me and continues laughing...

what does it imply? because I've never experienced this before

I'd say he was flirting with you, guys wouldn't touch a girl for no reason unless they were attracted to you. Unless they're really touchy with everyone.
