To answer your question, I know its kinda cliche, but we like both looks and personality.
Looks are definite plus. Without any personality or work at all, with looks alone you should be able to get guys hitting on you in no time. The thing is you'll need personality too keep em' coming back.
For dressing, hate to say it but the curve hugging skin tight stuff is usually the way to go, classic slim fit blue jeans/tee shirt are always in style.
Personality? Doesn't have to be FUNNY (but making him laugh does help, you need to be able to do that now and then, make jokes and stuff) but make sure you smile lots, and a tip is to laugh at all his jokes (if you like him) even if they sound like the corniest things in the world.
So yeah, looks come first, personality second. I'm sure you can get into a relationship on looks alone, but what you'll get out of THAT kind of relationship might not be what you have in mind. Best to have a combination of the two ;).
