OK, I guess this is more of a question for females to answer....take my 5 year old daughter with me to the OBGYN?

It's perfectly fine, even good. You should not teach your child to be ashamed of her body. BUT: Just make shure you explain to her that the only person that should touch her "private parts" is a doctor-and she should tell you immediately if this ever happens to her. This is what my mom did with me and I think it helped. Make sure you and your child always have an open relationship about sexuality so that when she gets older it will be easier to discuss the "birds and the bees" and she will be able to come to you with any questions/concerns if she needs to.

I don't see the problem. She is still little and won't really know what is going on, and if she asks questions, just tell her the doctor is making sure mommy is healthy. As long as she isn't all up in the business looking up there while the test is happening you should be fine. Just have her sit up by your head while they are examining you. I don't see an issue.
