i don't really struggle much with major acne, but I do break out in pimples or zits that take forever to go away and I use proactive but the only thing I feel like makes it go away is popping it, but then I'm left with a scar. and I kind of have a tzone shinyness going on, who else has this problem and what do you do about it?

heres a tip when you are buying something, the best items are never advertised in t.v. You don't see rolex, jaguar and any other expensive item brand on commercials, excluding golf, tennis broadcasting because the average person won't be able to afford it.
I went to the phillipines this summer and went to a dermatologist. I'm not sure if you ever heard of this but it is called Obagi. I had no idea about it but it is actually one of the best medicine in clearing your skin. They have 2 medicine packs and they are either for oily or dry skin. It is 100$ though and the entire package last in about 2 months. They reduce whte redness and size of your pimples.
It takes 6 months for your pimples to disappear by itself completely. Acne is also caused by haveing your pours clogged and it can be prevented by getting antibiotics from a dermatologist.
The best way to achieve clear skin is to trust professionals, don't trust those commercials you see in tv, you just waist your money on the product they are selling.
i have the EXACT same problem. and I tried proactive, but it didn't work with my skin. Differin is amaazing if you've ever heard of it. look it up online. but if you just wash your face in the morning, and use differin at night.it'll get so much better.
soap, water, needlenose tweezers, and a great perscription acne cream!
