So me and this girl have been talking a bit lately, and I think she's giving me hints that's she starting to like me as a boyfriend. For example, she sent the 😉 emoji a couple of times before, and I did the same for a text on her birthday wishing her a happy birthday. She said she would make me her mcm yesterday, but didn't since there was a small fire in the building and forgot her phone at school. I was wondering if I should make her my wcw tomorrow on Instagram.

You could, but I see Woman Crush Wednesday as no big deal. Like, you could still nominate your friends as WCW, without a problem.

So, it's up to you. My honest opinion is that if you do that, it will make it quite obvious that you like her, so if you were to text her, I'd probably just tell her that you like her.
