Girls do you wear shorts or spandex under their skirts and dresses to stop perverts looking up or another reason?

Yes that's the biggest reason I do. Another good reason is its another barrier between your nether regions and germs. Its also an alternative to thongs, which I would never wear under skirts in the first place, because you don't get that panty line across your butt. And if you have a soft squishy butt it holds in the jiggle.

It one of these reasons..
-I play volleyball and it's a quick change into uniforms for away games.
-The dress is either short then I'd love or a little thin.
-I want to be able to move around without flashing anyone.

I don't wear it to stop perverts from looking up my dress, but I do wear spandex for two reasons,
1. I don't need everyone to see my underwear if I bend over
2. It makes for a really good place to keep your phone if you don't have a purse or a jacket

I've never worn spandex or shorts under my dresses or skirts and I never will. I don't really... get it either. I'm wearing the skirt / dress because it's loose and free feeling compared to pants / shorts.

yes I've had perverts come up in the mall just to try and pull my dress up before and I've had people try to film up my dress. its extremely creepy and violating but its this disgusting popular trend called upskirting

If my skirt is shorter, then I'll wear shorts underneath. But if I have on a long skirt then no.
