NO WAY THIS QUESTION IS MEANT TO BE OFFENSIVE TO ANYONE WHO'S HAD A BABY OR CURRENTLY PREGNANT. THIS IS A MEDICAL CONDITION, PEOPLE WHO FEEL THIS WAY CANNOT HELP IT, PHOBIAS ARE NOT JUSTIFIABLE.
I have primary tokophobia, which means that it began in my childhood, I have always found child birth disgusting and horrifying, and the thought of having an alien growing inside me is absolutely sickening. I find pregnant women revolting, I hate being around them Seeing someone breastfeed their baby makes me want to vomit. I don't like children either, although I make exceptions of ones in my family.
It's estimated that 13% of women suffer from tokophobia of some sort. As all phobias, it can be helped with cognitive behavioral therapy.
