Does she hate me or like me? Sooooo confused.

Hello cyberspace,

I'm trying to figure out if this girls likes me, or hates me. Here is what's going on.

So there is this girl that I work with who is throwing some kind of signal at me but I don't know what.. She is a Donald Glover fan, likes rap (for the record, she isn't black), she rides horses, she's funny, and outgoing. Also, she is extremely sassy to most people, especially me. Aside from that, she is EXTREMELY weird around me. AND, she gives me these looks like I'm gonna do something bad or something crazy to her. I don't know what's going on. What really gets me is this, I never say anything to her unless I need to while we're at work. I really wanna know if I creep her out or something. Ha, but I don't say anything to her 90% of the time.

This is what really got me. The other day at work when I got in she told me, "I'm glad you're here." That totally threw me, I didn't expect that from her. Now, I'm just trying to figure out what is her deal. Most of the time she is suuuper rude to me, then she says that? Hmm.

Anyone have any advice?

I'd say just be kind to her and try to smile a lot. Smiling is infectious. lol. After a while, her motives should become a bit more clear, but in the meantime, it is not a good idea to assume anything. If you assume that she hates you and she doesn't, that could close a door for you. On the other hand, If you assume that she likes you when she doesn't... Well that could open a whole different door that you should really try to stay away from... apart from the fact that she'd be incredibly creeped out and find you annoying, she could think you are harassing her or something. I'd say from what you've said, it could go either way, or it could even fall in the middle somewhere. She's probably the type of person you really need to get to know before you can tell what their motives are.

I try, the last thing I want is for things to get worse. I do try not to be weird around her. The big thing is, I never really talk to her. I'm not sure how I could of creeped her out if I did. I really want to talk to her about it, but I know it's a good idea. So, I'll just smile and be nice, maybe I'll find out what she wants.

yeah, that's all you can really do. I've met some people who just seem downright weird until you actually get to know them. Then the strange things they do make sense.

Thanks for the advice, I'll see what happens in a few days when I see her next. The strange thing is, I have a huge draw to her, I really feel it whenever we lock eyes for a second or two..

This is really tricky. Sometimes it genuinely means she doesn't like you, or she's trying to scare you because it's fun. But it really depends. Does she do this to only you? How does she act around other guys? If it's only you and she treats other guys normally, she probably likes you. If she does this only to you and flirts with other guys, she might just be trying to scare you or wind you up. If it's not only you, she probably doesn't like you or she likes you and maybe someone else as well.

She only does this to me, no one else. With ANY other guy she doesn't act weird at all. She just acts like she is scared to talk to me or something.

She likes you. That's just her way of flirting (through teasing). I do it all the time. It sucks because it does throw a lot of guys off and it can come across as mean. Personally, I think she likes you. She definitely doesn't hate you because you haven't done anything to her. I think she's just trying to get your attention. Maybe she's trying to make you talk more than 10% of the time lolz.

I need help guys because there is a girl (my crush) and I am not sure if she likes me or hates me (doesn't like me) so When I am at a lesson she looks at me every time
We're in the same group so I nearly have all lessons with her I'm not really her friend or anything because I am shy and afraid of her not in a bad way
And she doesn't look at me in a bad way but in a good way
But she doesn't talk to me really much,
