People who Lift , how often do you pursue knowledge about Lifting ( Workouts , Nutrition , Fitness etc ) ?

I'm curious. Most of us non-pro lifters are learning this from the internet. Rarely you find one of us who lifts who has and actual professional qualifications health , Fitness , sports training etc. To improve your workouts , to add more muscle and strength you obviously need more knowledge. So I'm curious to how often do you go out there do educate yourselves?

I honestly cannot say I'm keen to learn everything ,. I usually Google when I want to find something I don't or watch something my subscriptions have uploaded. But ever once in a while I try to learn something new at least every week.

But enough about me What about YOU?
