Ladies, do I need a bigger tampon size?

So I've used tampons for my last two periods and before that I had only used pads. I had no problems with using tampons the last two periods, they were great! But now (sorry if this is tmi!) the tampon slides out a little when I use the bathroom and so I leak a little if I continue to leave the tampon in, or if my flow is heavy, I leak out the side of the tampon. I use playtex sport regular tampons. Do I need a bigger size or something? Please help!

perhaps you did not insert it deep enough in the first place? not that you stuck up too much, but more than just to the rim. I usually take the index finger to the end in.
and yes, when they are full, they tend to slide out as well, so try a bigger size and change more often.

you have to change it everytime you go to the bathroom coz when you pee your muscles push it out and rearrange it

I think you need a bigger size since it's slipping out.

You may need a super tampon.. seriously if you use light then go to regular and so on just go up one size

If it slides out its big, get a smaller size
