I don't come across a lot of people who are and I was just wondering if anyone here is..
Are you lactose intolerant?

I have an update for all y'all I myself had trouble digesting any dairy eggs, milk, cheese you name it but what works is you go to your local drug store and get this enzyme called Lactaid it's an enzyme that breaks down lactose and if you take it in before you eat you won't have to run to the bathroom anymore. To be more specific I started out taking 6 pills before each meal roughly 5 or 10 minutes before eating and I slowly weaned myself off them so think 4 pills, 3 pills, 2 pills , 1 pill then lastly I would only take the pills before eating milk, eggs or cheese every second time so eventually I stopped taking the pills all together and ta da I can eat all the dairy products again no problem. I might seem like an ass or a jokester at times but I have valuable information upstairs lol
Yes, I am and it sucks. If I consume any milk, dairy, or ice-cream, that's gonna be a full day. Though, I only eat ice cream when I am going to the dentist. Because fuck it, I hate the dentist and I love ice cream, might as well reward myself.
Yeah I am and almost all of my friends are. In my experience the only people that I know that aren't are white. Asians, blacks, and hispanics all have a really bad problem with it. Here's a chart with statistics on it here milk.procon.org/view.resource.php apart from the French you can see that most of the ethnicities with predominately more POC have higher lactose intolerances and most predominately white nationalities have low intolerances.
I suspect that this is because naturally humans are not supposed to drink milk, but since Polish people and other white people invented cheese and yogurt thousands of years ago and ate so much of it their stomachs slowly evolved to be able to process it a lot better than POC.
I only have issues if I drink milk, but I can eat ice cream and cheese without a problem.
Yeah that's how I am lol

Yep. Very much so. It's not fun, is it? I gave up dairy for more than two years until I discovered lactose free milk and lactase pills.
Not fun at all lol
I'm not, no.
My dad and grandpa are both diabetics (grandpa for a year, dad for over 20years), and one of my brothers is gluten-free.
Eating at restaurants is hard to cater to all of them...
Being lactose intolerant is actually quite natural, considering that adult humans were never supposed to drink milk.
Yes.. It sucks, but sometimes you have to make sacrifices and eat only half of a bowl of ice cream, because you know if you eat a full bowl you'll be ready to shoot yourself... Or am I the only one that gets to that point? lol
Im mildly lactose intolerant... milk, and large amounts of ice cream, give me some symptoms.
But it's minor, so I voted B.
Lucky you lol
Worse ! I'm allergic to milk and substitutes, cheese, butter... It's harddddd. Sincerely good luck.
What kind of body reaction do you get from lactose?
Yes. I LOVE the taste of dairy products, but the ones I can't tolerate are the only ones that actually taste good.
No I'm not, but I don't like milk and not too keen on cheese
I'm not, fortunately. It must be annoying.
I'm not but sometimes I feel like I am.
