How would you defend yourself from a tiger?

I once read that a man killed a grizzly bear by shoving his arm down its throat and punching it in the head till it died. The bear couldn't breathe and was trying to vomit. Sounds mean but Its better than doing nothing lol.

I'd try to slowly and peacefully leave tbe field and get away from the tiger but if he decides to attack I doubt running would do anything so I'd just try to pivot around in circles but If it managed to jump on me I guess my last resort would be to try to claw out his eyes but in all honesty I'm probably fucked at that point :/

If it launches at me with it's mouth, I'd 'try' to grip it at the ends of its jaws (pressure point) or in the right corner of it's armpits (pressure point). It would either work to subdue to think about my next course of action, or I'd be eaten. But shit, I'd try.

Considering I'm almost certainly screwed, I would put my hands up and try to appear bigger. But like I said, if I was ever in an open space with a tiger, the chance of me surviving is pretty darn slim.
