You only workout once a week. I can tell you right now you're eating too much. Track how many calories you are eating in a day and then adjust until you start to lose weight. HIIT doesn't target muscles either. I do HIIT all the time as I'm really lean, but have a small patch of fat underneath my belly button and HIIT just melts it away. However, it's what you're eating is making you gain weight plain and simple. If your ultimate goal is to lose weight, put the fork down a bit.

If you're doing any weight training in addition to cardio, you're probably replacing body fat with muscle mass. Nothing to worry about.
It could be muscle, muscle weighs more than fat. Also, your weight fluctuates by a couple of pounds depending on the time of the day/water retention
Your probably gaining muscle but the diet program could be wrong for you.

I would ask the personal trainer, because that is odd. Without detail we cannot say much, make sure you're pushing yourself every workout, and be patient. Also make sure you're burning more calories than you are gaining, because in the end no matter what tricks you're using to loose weight, a calorie deficit is needed.
have you lost any clothing size at all? weight doesn't matter because if it did, ever model in the world would be overweight. Just measure your body and take pictures every week, you see the change and keep it up!
that's because of calorie surplus.. you're eating too much. that's not because of muscle mass cause muscles don't grow in two weeks lmao
just so you know muscle weighs more than fat, so weight doesn't mean anything as long as you feel better/ look better. Its just a number.
You're not gaining weight you're staying the same weight. You can't expect results straight away
Could be muscle
