How do u get rid of nasal congestion/ Stuffed nose?

So i just have lots of "boogers" oozing out, i think its becuz of the cold, what do i do to make it stop?

Best thing you can do is steam your head and eat hot spicy food. Avoid dairy as it produces mucus.

Get a hot bowl of water (boiling almost) and towel, put your head over the bowl and the towel over your head and the bowl. Stay there as long as you can. If you have it use something like a eucolyptus oil or balm or olbas oil. Something menthol. Or fresh ginger. A lot of fresh ginger.

This usually works for me... push your tongue to the roof of your mouth and then poke your head between your eyebrows...
