None. Use cronometer. com, it's great for checking things like that out. It's similar to fitness pal, but instead of counting calories, it counts your daily requirements for essential fats, vitamins, and minerals. I started using it when I went vegan, because people were telling me that I wouldn't be able to get any omega-3's among many other nutrients. I found that omega 3 is extremely easy to get, and that just by eating fruits and vegetables I reach my daily requirements without even trying. Omega 3's aren't even an issue. They really aren't. You're probably getting more than enough any, you don't need extra.

You don't have to eat fish! There are other foods out there with omega 3 such as broccoli or edemame, flaxseed and more. There are also omega 3 pills you can take, don't fret ! There are other options :)

I take fish oil softgel things once a day. Works great for me. I still eat fish but very rarely. Too expensive to buy and cook.
