I recommend running. Okay arguably that might be easier with a sports bra but WOW the extreeeeeme sexy hotness would be worth it... :oD lol I'm sorry, I really couldn't help myself... :)
Though seriously, have you tried running? I used to run with my ex who's a 34F, which (in terms of breast volume) is only two sizes bigger (won't waste time explaining here but if you didn't know this, trust me, it's true). She can run without a sports bra and in fact I've seen studies which argue you actually get a better workout through the smoother running style you'll naturally develop through wanting to reduce bounce. Weird I know, but true. Bouncing in itself won't do you any harm and will actually help reduce the risk of sagging by causing the ligaments which naturally support the breasts to work harder and so strengthen (as any ligaments in the body will do). So don't entirely dismiss running or other higher impact exercises - you know what you can cope with, but your chest is actually more than up to coping with more than you think. In any case, good for you for wanting to work out and very best of luck. :)

I recommend core-building exercises like lifting weights while lying on your back for 60 lifts per session (very easy to do and helps strengthen your torso and ligaments to better support your boobs) and doing 3-minute calisthenics. There's a very helpful video on YouTube demonstrating the 3-minute calisthenics, which you can do while standing or sitting! Highly beneficial, even for me without boobs! ;)
I'm a DD and I personally love Yoga... It's a little bit of everything and will work every inch of your body.
Some of the moves actually can require some jumping but it can easily be avoided. Really you just have to:
-get the basic moves down
-put them in a combination/order/repeat
-stretch
Once you get the basic/easier ones down that's when you decide on what specific body parts/areas you want to work on and you can look up yoga exercises mixed with other exercises that will really make you feel the burn whether it's in the calves, arms, stomach, thighs, butt, etc. You could use weights/dumbbells, stretch bands, blocks, etc.
But once you start to do the harder more specific exercises you always and I do mean always do your original yoga exercises first to warm up.
You'll feel the burn but at the same time it feels so good. Oh and you'll sweat like hell.
Lift. Lift all the weights.
Honestly, cardio is just sort of stupid, unless you are actually weighing your food and tracking all the calories. Otherwise you WILL eat enough extra food to cancel out the cardio (and probably more, even). Studies show this. It will happen.
So, cardio is just sort of useless whether you're busty or not. Unless you measure all your food. Or you weigh 600 lbs and you've been bedridden for the last year. Or it just makes you feel good.
Go lift.

I have g cups which aren't nearly as big but I kept trying on random sports bras and eventually found one that fit. It was only $8 at Ross. Yoga or Pilates might be good though :)
Anything... the gym is your playground. Only you are stopping yourself from working out.
I recommend you post on

Google it if you don't know where that is.If you are not going to get a sport bra, then I recommend only exercises where you do not move.
