Personally, I don't think it does, necessarily. (And this is coming from someone who trains (not crossfit).)
I think crossfit pushes the body to perform heavy, fast, and as many as possible... which isn't the best "formula" for sculpting the "best body."
Also, what's considered the "best body" by one person, isn't considered the "best body" by another person.
I have a lot of respect for anyone willing to put their body through those kind of physical tasks though.
i love crossfit. i'm not a professional crossfit athlete though, so my body isn't ripped like the women above. but i do think my body is probably the best it's ever been.
No. Running and intense yoga go hand in hand and make great bodies. Long muscle not bulky muscle.
It's not the only way though. Obviously strength training and other excercising as well
No crossfit produces fitness cultists and extreme bodily harm, seriously they have the highest injury rate of any kind of fitness group.
Also what about this body? It was made by strength training.

It's nice for competition. But if you meant best body type that a male would find attractive, I would say no it doesn't for me.

The only thing crossfit produces is injuries.
If you want actual results and not a waste of your time and a potential injury, just stick with the good old strength training.
No. That woman just has superior genetics. Your average basic bitch would look much better if she followed through with a bodybuilding routine.
crosshit* lol
@karahiri noooowww don't get me wrong. there are actual crossfitters out there who do it right with proper form and technique.
but people like this, well I laugh at along with the rest lol.

@karahiri oh yeah and they make up the majority of crosshitters :P
@karahiri i never thought i'd see it but saw it at my gym 2 weeks ago. omg i actually felt kinda bad, like the dude was going so hard doing his momentum pull ups and people were just staring and face palming for real. lol.
im positive you're doing it right squishy :P
@karahiri well i wouldn't recommend those pull ups lol. the point of a pull up is to work your back. that guy was flopping like a fish, I don't know what he was working out. he also cut up the insides of his palms, that's just stupid. we all gotta start somewhere, but doing it right the first time is ideal. most crossfitters don't have proper form and technique, they just try to be as explosive as they can and that is also stupid. and then you have crossfit trainers who take a bunch of newbies and set them up for chiropractic appointments for life, it's just not cool. these are all generalizations of course, but they did come from somewhere :P lol.
@karahiri yeah you should be totally fine. if you're not in any pain or have joint issues you're good.
nah, crossfit is more about performance
The survey seems to say it doesn't.
not really, crossfit isn't about beauty.
It depends how committed and motivated you are
No its not. Traditonal training is best.
That's a woman? O_ O
Yuck, no
I love Emily.
