Is there a magazine for men that gives grooming tips and whatnot?

Idk how old you really are but mens health has some good tips for guys late twenties or on.Younger than that just be clean and care about your hair. The person I ask for grooming tips is my hair cut lady because I trust her with my hair so I might as well ask her what she thinks would be best. so you could try that

What about younger 20's though being clean is not enough. Women my age don't notice me and I feel no one else wears clothes like mine.

Thats probably a good thing no one wheres clothes like yours. Create your own style your young, your adventerous, your confident in yourself. You wear what YOU think is cool. That's how you get girls to notice you. i.e. I wear tretorn skymras a shoe and people come up to me all the time to tell me how cool they are. theyre cool because I'm the only one who wears them.
