hmm well by skipping rope for 20 min (spaced out like 5mins each round but collectively 20mins) and eating 1600 calories I lost 2lbs in a week. You don't want to lose more than that in a week.
Eat small meals more frequently. Let's say 5-6 meals at 266-320calories each. It really doesn't matter what you eat but healthy foods tend to have less calories. Also AVOID dairy as that's what I used to gain weight. Also instead of juice, milk (I realize dairy) or soda - drink water. Juice has calories despite it being healthy while water has none.

i eat a lot of fruit and vegies, drink a lot of water, take vitamins and stay active.
You can't exercise off junk food. If you do muscle building exercises, you will increase your metabolism. Strict diet is faster way to lose weight.
