It can be anyone or more than one person. I wanted to start a blog and then we can share workout ideas and track each others' progress each week with a weekly report. I know it's easy to post things on the internet and claim that you're actually doing it, but I hope you won't do that. I'm serious about improving my body structure since I'm joining the military soon. Anybody interested can reply here or message me.
I'm in the military and can help you. I workout daily and know what goes on in boot camp (regardless of what branch you're in) lol. Message me and I'll give you some tips/answer whatever questions.

I've been trying to do something like this for a while! The main thing behind it is simply to remind / motivate each other. It's sort of like a friendly competition.
