Does frowning cause face muscles to lose elasticity and stay that way?

I do a lot of faces and squint a lot especially with my eyebrows. It's just a habit ...

I see one of my eyebrows is a bit lower than the other when my face is completely relaxed. It didn't use to be that way when I was 15-16

Do you think frowning or squinting, might get the muscles in the face lose their elasticity and stay that way? Can that be repaired
