Hickies, Yay or Nay?

The question is fairly self explanatory. What is your opinion of Hickies, and where is it best to have/give them?

You are young so I partly approve. I'd suggest being steady with a guy before attempting this. I'd also suggest a place where you can cover them easily without your folks finding out. Being hickied by some random in a prominent place could be interepreted as him "marking his territory" and you seen as being cheap or easy.

I don't like getting them. I have to give a professional appearance at work and hickeys are not professional.

Don't like them at all... they're embarrassing. I've only gotten one once, and not only did my mom see it, but all my coworkers saw it because I'm required to wear a ponytail at work. And even if the hickeys didn't show up, they hurt lol.

I don't like em at all.I have never cared for them but I do like being bitten on the neck to leave a bit of a mark.
