And to asnwer your question, I think it's quite attractive, but I don't like the idea of a tattoo being tattooed just for aesthetics, which the heart tattoos must be. I think tattoos should represent something, carry a meaning.

i looked into that ages ago and could only find one decent photo, I reallly realllly liked them though. never got them as I was paranoid they wouldn't match my nipple colour exactly or theyd tattoo them on and then id regret it because my areolas looked too big now

not all women do things like this to be slutty. Believe me, there are a lot more things that Women had to do their breasts. The most painful I would have to say is when the cancer has taken over and there no other choice than Mastectomy. So a little tattoo is not Pain.
