PLEASE HELP SUCH PEOPLE. I FORGOT HOW NOT TO COPE WITH WHAT I SAW SO I MADE FUN OF IT. BEING TOLD "SEEK HELP" FELT INSULTING BECAUSE IN THE PAST, WHEN I SOUGHT HELP IT WAS DENIED.

White supremacists are notorious spineless sh*t***ds who will do everything they can to maintain their image of "toughness" and "strength." Without it, they're just the losers they always were, are, and always will be.

This is one of the main reasons why demonstrations are so important to them: they provide an opportunity to appear strong and generate publicity by doing absolutely nothing beyond standing there, as though they're hoping to be discovered by a failed real-estate agent turned talent manager who can finally help them fulfill their collective life purpose of becoming third-rate army surplus mannequins.

Nazis taught them well: the more controversy they generate, the more people talk about them, and the more "strong" and "serious" they appear. For this to work, however, they must keep their cool and present themselves as peaceful, upstanding citizens. With a little luck, some immature, boisterous leftists will show up and scream at them while they stand there like discarded d*ldos, allowing them to look "good" by comparison.

So what do you do?

• You can't fight them, because then you become the aggressor disrupting a "peaceful" protest. They'll milk the martyrdom they've supposedly endured for years to come.
• You can't throw water balloons at them because that's legally considered assault, and gawd knows they'll eagerly press charges and parade their boo-boos before the world while crying, "Look what the radical left did to me!"
• You can counter-protest, but that can backfire, making them look "good" and you, look bad.

The best way is to turn their protest into a f*cking joke. Because, we often forget that this is what they are. The seriousness and strenght is entirely superficial and it's always hanging by a thread.

Steal the attention away from them, letting them stand there like the tools that they are while something much more interesting happens.

But with what?

It's impossible to forget them once you have grasped. But i heard about them MORE than a 100 times. And still kept forgetting.

No cognitive issues. But it was a defense mechanism. There is no way that to study it as extensively as i did and keep forgetting it is just a coincidence with me also fearing to be changed. Wanting to be changed but there is a huge reason why i became this way, to survive.

Both of my clinger-pusher parents are fearful-avoidant because of their pretty bad traumas growing up, till this day they get scared when complimented, for example.

And i learnt that the most widespread recommendations are very harmful, like; "it's no use overthinking" or "love your parents" These spoken excuses always push the anxiety further down so tightly it overflows out as irrationality.

i rarely see my parents and when i do i cannot bring myself to tell them:

Forgiving should come naturally, not through ideology. Just like breathwork never worked for me until opening up my emotions triggered the breathing changes naturally. It is ok to look like you're possesed for days while pouring out the repressed anxiety.

They still press it down with either "we blamed them, they wronged us, now forgive and move on" (my dad) or "they suck, let's revenge forever" (my mom).

Last time i told mom "i have had this bad habit forever, it is finally going away!" she rudely acknowledged and dismissed it in one same sentence.

I think everyone who refuses to investigate this topic and to persist until trauma psychology becomes as clear as adding 1+1, is afraid of finding out they have issues - even if they know they do - because we developed our issues as a means to survive. letting go of daddy issues frightens us to death, it has been our survival strategy.

The tragedy is that 40% of all adults have UNRESOLVED infancy anxiety issues and seek relationships to cope with them instead of fixing their body's repressed panic.
