So as a quick recap:

This girl I've been helping out has been acting kinda funny around my friends. She flirts with me and is very friendly but around the friend groups I try to include her in it's like she tries to play all sorts of weird games to sort of steal my social standing in the group.

Then she tried to manipulate me I told her it was a nice try but not very convincing.

But after all that I figured she probably spent a lot of time around some pretty shitty people. I always knew this process wouldn't exactly be easy.

Were at a friend's place and she's telling me about her aunt who passed away and how she was upset she had to find out through Facebook.

Now she's talked about her aunt who she was close to before but when she started talking about this one, I thought it was two different aunts.

In my defense she's Hispanic. I thought you people have huge families. Anyway, she starts acting like an ass and we get into a bit of a spat and she blocks me.

It wasn't until a couple days after that it clicked with me that the dead aunt and the one she liked so much were the same.

Not that it undid that much shit she had done but fuck I messed up pretty bad 😂.

So ya basically I decided to put my foot down but only when she was freaking out over something legitimate and I didn't realize it because I misunderstood her telling me about a fresh and traumatic experience she was going through so from her point of view... I'm sure it wasn't a fun place to be.

Anyway I explained what happened to her and things have been peaceful. I'm still wondering if I'm gonna bring her out with my friends and family for the 4th of July.

What's the worst that could happen right

I have no idea if this is a view the majority of women hold but I've seen women online who are super offended by the words female and girl.

Something about the word female being animal like and the word girl being used to describe children and as such it's dehumanizing when men use those words instead of just saying women.

I do realize the irony of asking if girl is offensive on a site literally called "girls ask guys."

As a man I don't believe I get to have an opinion on it but as long as it's nothing something like "men and females" or "men and girls" then I would guess it's not offensive. Say males and females or guys and girls or boys and girls. But not men and females or girls.

She broke up with me for many reasons. Main reason I think is I didn’t make her feel special enough, she worried it could get messy. This girl was such a rare fine and too beautiful. I just can’t 😭. when we broke up I was hurt and told her not to contact me and unfollowed her off of instagram

looking back on our relationship, I thought the connection we had was special and unique! The memories we made have stayed with me, I thought what we shared was genuinely meaningful. I do find myself thinking about you and wondering how you’re getting on, you meant a great deal to me and I still miss you much!

My ex broke up with me. She is unbelievably stunning and from my culture. It’s been 2 months and honestly I’ve never seen a girl of my culture that rare and beautiful. It’s just like 1 in a million.

We got on so well and had a nice relationship. In the end she was mean and a bit offensive to me. She did seem done with me despite me being a good boyfriend. She did give me shallow reasons but at the same time at the end I could have definitely done better.

I reached out to her a week ago seeing how she is. She didn’t reply. Should I send her not an essay but a heartfelt paragraph and send her flowers?

Why? To know I gave it my best best shot, because in 2 months I have come to terms with I had the best connection to her and I will never find a girl from my culture as beautiful that’s for sure. Her features are so rare and distinctive.
