Why does the condom break?

I guy I have been having sex with, is well-endowed but aren't condoms supposed to fit anyways, we literally have to change the condom 5,6,7 or 8 times, I'm going broke buying condoms! Do you think I need bigger condoms or stop being so "aggressive" in bed as in the positions...?

I'm still a virgin so I don't no exactly what all happens but after having sex what do you do with the condom? As in do you just leave it on for awhile or do you get rid of it straight away. People often say they just cuddle after sex so what exactly do you do with it?

Can you use a condom at the same time as a diaphragm?

I know the various success rates of each method. I also know that you can't use a female and male condom together or two male condoms together. However, can you use the diaphragm and the male condom at the same time?
