I was in the checkout line in the supermarket and I happened to be buying condoms (among other things). When the cashier got to them she looked at them, then at me briefly, and she laughed as she rang them up.

Nah, a bit immature like someone laughing at a fart or something, but I don't think it's unprofessional. I'd probably just let it go and not think about it again.

I don't think cashiers are held to a high standard of "professionalism," you could have bought them at a self-serve checkout or pharmacy counter or online if you're so concerned about such a juvenile thing.
