Last Thursday i had a row with my older sister, because she is claustrophobic and hates confined spaces , i locked her in her room, i enjoyed watching her kick and screaming to be let out, i only meant for her to be locked in for an hour or 2, while anyway my friend rang up and i got distracted and went out, i forgot about my sister, my parents came home 6 hours later and found her locked in, she had a couple of panic attacks, missed her driving lesson and a date with her boyfriend, my parents went mad and said i would be getting a taste of my own medicine , they said i will be spending ALL of this weekend locked in my room as a punishment, as i have exams this year my parents have set me tons of school work to do , including maths , English , french and science plus 2 punishment essays, as i write i am locked up and i DONT like it, are my parents being fair?

I am meeting with my boyfriend of a year who said we were on a "break" a month ago and ghosted me. During that time he hungout with this girl that during our relationship I told him he cannot talk to or we are done. They have done sexual things before and she sent me an extremely disrespectful text (disrespecting me and my boyfriend) 6 months ago. He wants to talk tomorrow (likely about getting back together). I really need either him to confess to me he saw her or I need to bring it up and clarify that if we do get back together he needs to cut her off permanently and he will not be going on "breaks" to talk to her every now and then if thats why he did this. His response to those needs is the deciding factor that is gonna make or break his chance of getting back together with me. The problem is this is his first relationship and he has a strong "fighting = broken relationship" thinking. And unfortunately I cannot bring up this topic without being mad and fighting about it. I was thinking of typing everything I want to say on a paper a bringing it with me and then being like "I don't know how to talk about this without fighting and I don't want to fight so please read this" and hand it to him. Would this be a good idea or weird/too much drama? Any other ideas? I just feel like if I bring it up by talking about it that it will lead to a negative conversation/fighting and I won't say the right things on the spot.

Next week I saw in the news that it may be going up to 30 degrees…. I addressed it to my mom and all she kept saying was “ok”.
She knows the heat makes me sick and that I work early mornings as well. She was getting mad when I was asking her about the air and she said that I “interrogate” her anytime I come home- which isn’t true. I’m allowed to speak up if it’s something health related and I only asked her once about it. She’s the one that only says “ok”. she also doesn’t pay attention when groceries are needed at home and she’s always on her phone.
She always makes a big deal when the window is open as well and claims she’s cold but the house is never cold. It’s always “warm” or room temperature.
She then proceeded to say that I should go stay with my boyfriend until she puts it on if I don’t like it.

what should I do about Thai situation? Isn’t she being unreasonable?
