How do I handle this enforcing a boundary without breaking up?

My long term boyfriend has a habit of lying to me of his plans, whereabouts. I think he doesn't want me getting mad if he doesn't want to hang out, wants to see a friend, needs space etc. He does have an avoidant personality.

Thos Monday I saw him and he was a little off. But the evening was fine no issues As usual when I left in the morning I say , so what's up see you Wed? He said no I have to go to jersey. His work. He didn't go to jersey I passed his house checking up. I did stop by wed am for a quickie, and he was ok with that.

He has kids so I only get to see him mon eve and wed eve. I sleep over. It gets kinda boring because its weeknights but we eat, watch TV, and I give him the best sex of his life. We do a weekend once in awhile when his kids aren't around. Then ill plan a real date, we go hiking, city whatever.

I can not do 1 night a week. Is it normal maybe after all this time, 7 years, its OK to see him 1 night on occasion?

You’ve been together 7 years and he’s frequently lying about where he is/what he’s doing? Girl.. big yikes. I would’ve left him behind at 1 year, let alone 7! There’s no boundary setting with that, and I think breaking up would be the best thing for both of you - he’s clearly not that interested in you if he’s lying to you over little things like that for this long. And you’re clearly not happy about it.
