What are the first things girls look for in guys?

Do guys like tan skin on asian girls? and what about hair color?
I am mixed chinese and thai. And I have yellowish yet still a bit pale skin color. I don't really know how to describe it but it looks uneven-some areas looks darker and some are lighter. In general do you guys like girls who dress more girly or more laid back and comfy better? I personally tend to wear girly clothes more often than hoodies and stuff like that. Also, what are your opinions on makeup? What is sexy and what is just plain overdone?

Girls attracted to semi built guys?
You can say that I have muscles because I go to the gym but I'm trying to lose some fat I got and I notice that some girls check my arms out when I wear a polo cause the sleeves ride up, so is it a good thing to be like this or keep getting bigger that I have to wear sleeveless shirts all the time?
