Should I send this message to my ex after 7 weeks of no contact?

ex broke up with me not because l did anything bad, I was good. But she felt resistance and that we would clash. She was a little dismissive/mean at the end. She did say we could be friends.

I unfollowed her and told her not to contact me again as I was hurt. It has been 7 weeks with nil contact between us. It was a shorter relationship but we met each others parents, stayed overnight and she is literally the most beautiful girl in the the world.

Message: (I will start the conversation asking how she is)

I do understand there’s a good chance you may have moved on. Looking back on our relationship, I thought what we had was special and unique! Despite how it ended, I would like to try one last time to reach out to you as I thought what we shared was genuinely meaningful!

It would be nice to meet and catch up with you again!

I respect your decision if this is simply not what you would want.

What are you trying to accomplish?
a) Do you want to get back together in a relationship?
b) Are you trying to see if she misses you?
c) Do you want some sort of apology?

If it's "b", forget it. If she missed you, she'd have let you know by now.
If it's "c", you'll never, ever get one

If it's "a", and you want to try and get her back, you do it in person. You can try writing her and saying you'd like to meet because you have something urgent to discuss with her, but then she might write back and say "like what?" You don't want that. You want to be face to face when you try to get her back.

That leaves you with few options. You don't want to stalk her, or show up where she works. You'll have to figure something else out, if you can. If not, you just have to write and see if she replies at all. It's my strong sense that you're dead in the water already.

Then you have a real problem. If you write to her and tell her you want to talk, and she writes back and says "about what", your only option is to say " please meet with me. I need to talk to you in person, I can't do it in messages". If she insists on knowing what it's about, you have to insist on meeting in person. At that point, she'll say yes or no, not until I know what you want. Then you have to decide to tell her and take your chances, or say " No, just meet me", and see what happens.

The previous questions were about no contact after 6 weeks. This one is about it having been 7 weeks. Those are VERY different. The suspense of whether he asks about 8 weeks or 2 months next is killing me already lol
