Guys: tan lines, hot or not?

Guys (and girls), do you think tan lines look sexy, or do you think they are trashy? Or does it depend? Please explain. Thanks!

I don't like tan lines. They look weird. Either go pale like me or apply fake tanner all over. Please don't tan with the sun or a tanning bed, you'll ruin your skin.
