If I'm friends with my ex, can I still win her back?

Here's my situation.. My ex-gf and I had been together for a little over a year, and had been living together for a few months. We were having some problems but decided to try and work things out. Then a week later she comes home from work and dumps me but said she still wants to be friends. I said I wasn't sure that I could do that right now and moved out of our place. 2 days later she calls and says she misses me and wants to talk so I went over there and we talked about getting back together but decided to take some time to think, and then the next day she texts me and says she just wants to be alone right now but still wants to be friends.. I gave her some space and didn't contact her for awhile then she texts me outta nowhere just to see how I was, and since then she's texted me every single day multiple times and that's pretty much our contact back and forth.. She still says she just wants to be friends but also repeatedly says her feelings aren't going to change right now.. She actually called me the other day just for help with her TV but we ended up talking for about 30 mins.. I kinda confused on all of it because it seems she's saying 1 thing and doing another.. so my question is if I do just be friends with her right now, is there a chance we get back together? or am I setting myself up for further disappointment? and girls I'd really appreciate your advice and thoughts on what she's feeling and what this is all really about? please help me! because I still really love her and really want to give it another shot!

Well from my point of view I would say yes there still is an oppertunity 4 you 2 but it won't work out why cause she know's that you love her and that ull do anything for her even if she say she feels the same way girls can be a bit other wise I was in the same situation were I keept on telling my boyfriend I love him but I don't wanna be with him and then I'll like call him or text him if I want attention or if I don't get what I want 4rm others so the best thing is 4 you too move on bro really even if we say we want to try it again well same of us girls would say we love you and not tell the truth and just take you back cuase we don't want too see you get hurt girls are complicated so ull get a shot but it won't last 4 long so be friends there's nothing wrong with that and move on some were some place some1 is waiting 4 you and if you still trying ur luck by ur ex the person waiting 4 you might give up and move on just think about it.

The best first step is to start dating two other women, RIGHT NOW.

Watch how fast you forget about her, and how fast she'll be desperately trying to get you back. It's a win-win.

Stop chasing a girl who's not that into you and find someone who's worth your time and effort.

When a girl says that she wants to be just friends after having been your girl friend it means that she does not want to be in a relationshp right now. The situation could have been the reverse if you felt the same way and she did not.

Best to leave her alone. Move on.

She doesn't seem to know what she wants right now. You have a choice of either waiting for her and being her friend, or moving on. It's up to you. Just let her know what your intentions are. If you have feelings for her, let her know. Don't hold it in.

dude I'm in the same situation rate now... she told me she wanted space... says she loves me to death but she doesn't know if she can trust me again because I cheatd on her a lot .. but I love her as a person we dated for 4 years I'm trying to get her back but I think I'm gonna bail on that situation and just move on.. I think you should too.. so what I would say to you is just use her for casual sex be her friend if you can and have fun go out
