No idea I had one and he now has got it from me. He said not to worry about it but I'm scared that he'll look at m differently.

No, it's ultra common for guys to get yeast infections from their girlfriends. Even guys who think they've never had one probably have and just didn't realize it at the time, maybe because they weren't symptomatic in a bothersome way.

Nothing to be embarrassed or concerned about, as long as he's getting treated.

Yeast infection it's not like u have caught it whilst having sex with someone else. It happens
