My ex will commite suicide tonight, help?

I broke up with my ex few days ago, and i dont want to get back with him anymore because of some reason. And he said the reason he live already gone and he said he kinda depressed lately too, he even make suicide text for his parents. I can't do anything coz im in long distance relationship and plus his parents never approve me to get together with him.
He won't commite suicide if i get back together with him again, but i really don't wanna get back to him. I wanna stay single and i also don't want he die by commite suicide... help,, what should i do?

I mean its 21st century now. As for the answer to your question, you can either tell him you can get back together with him since you're far away that would be your best option so you can simply pretty much ignore him, give him the cold shoulders you know tell him you're busy, you're working/studying so call you later etc... or you should ignore him i doubt he would actually die like an idiot

This is called "emotional blackmail". Don't let anyone ever pull this stunt with you, or hold you hostage because they make statements like he did.

I know you don't want anything to happen to him (nobody does), but you cannot blame yourself if he does. This is strictly a decision HE alone made, and chose to blame someone else (you) for HIS actions.

About the best you can do is notify his parents and let them deal with him, since they have better access to him. It is NEVER your fault for someone deciding on suicide.

I don't know... a girl in HS tried this with me, kinda scarred me, she said she'd down a bottle of pills if I didn't rush over to her house immediately, and it was 4am with school the next day, so I just stayed up and texted her until she eventually told me she took em, and I somehow fell asleep.
