Why does my ex treats her better than me?

My ex and I broke up for 1.5 year. He got into a new relationship and i am still single. I thought i am ready to be friends with him again so i decided to meet up with him. We had good conversation and after that i went home. I came home and started to stalk his girlfriend social media. I got triggered because he treated her so much better than me. They went to Europe together and looked happy. ( we were in college when we were together) Now i feel life is unfair and how come i never had this kind of treatment.

Most likely, he learned from his experience with you, and decided to make any appropriate changes. Additionally, SHE may treat him differently and dealt with him in a way he responded to her requests, demands, wishes, desires, etc... You'll never really know.

Because u didn't have maturity and money then. besides social media cannot show someones good life or bad as people only post on socials to show off. No one posts when they fight. u being affected means u r not healed from the breakup. and its usually a good idea to stay away from exes to avoid comparisons. Stop stalking them cause it might not be true and focus to making urself better
