If a girl doesn't flirt back is she not interested?

There is a girl I like. If I send her a flirty text she doesn't flirt back... she replies, but doesn't flirt. Does that mean she definitely isn't interested?

For me, I can honestly say that if a guy I see as only a friend sends flirty texts, I try to keep it as friendly as I can. I don't want to lead them to thinking that I am interested but I don't want to be mean and not answer. I wouldn't necessarily say her not flirting back means she isn't interested though because every girl is different. Some girls simply don't know how to respond to flirty texts, this may or may not be the case. If you are feeling bold, ask her out on a date. See what she says! You really have nothing to lose.
