I cried everyday for12 years now and I think about the same thing over and over since then can't seem to get over it why am I so weak

Maybe it's not the thing, maybe it's other elements in life, are you in good physical shape? Do you have the job you want? The education level you want? Do you have time for yourself and your family or is it being wasted somewhere else? I focus on these things just as much as whatever happened 12 years ago
