Do you y’all still look at your ex’s social media? why?

My and and I broke up over a year ago. It ended on bad terms. And I still see that he watches my Snapchat story ever now and then. Why?

Do any of y’all do it or have an ex that does this?

I don't check on either of my exs since both of them broke up with me and I was in a really bad place in life afterwards and chose not to have any contact since it would be very unhealthy for me to get stuck on them and have a harder time letting go. They broke my heart so I'm not going to stick around and check on them when I know I don't matter at all to them. No point in wasting time and effort like that.

I guess he could be missing you and checking to see how you're doing without making contact? Maybe he just misses your face if he was attracted to you physically. But honestly I have no idea as I've never bothered following exs and have never had them do it to me.

You are probably thinking about him if you are checking to see if he has seen photos you have posted. Alternatively it could just be you are stressed and are therefore feeling paranoia and are possibly over thinking

He could be some degree interested in you or he could be bored
