Do you ever look at your ex's social media every now and again?

I did, and it helped me move on from him.

I pinned after him for two years. I kept hoping he missed me like I missed him. I clung to false hope that we'd together again one day.

He wasn't on social media when I was with him. But for some unknown reason I decided to look for him on FB this particular day. Not sure why.

I was heartbroken when I saw he was in a happy relationship with another woman. He'd tell her how she was the only women he's ever loved. That she was his soulmate. He never talked to me that way.

After that day, I gradually let go of false hope. I realised he didn't miss me and never loved me. . I realised I was being delusional.

I honestly never thought my heart would heal after he ended our relationship. Now I feel indifferent towards him
