I sometimes wonder if she ever thinks of me. Does she remember the good times?

My 1st crush in grade school and HS, my brother's EX wife never knew how I really felt about her, because I was always too nervous and shy to tell her. But since my brother has passed I have contacted her and we talked about some old school days, and then I told her just how I had always felt. She was surprised that I had kept it from her and glad that I had finally told her, and that she had always liked me also but not in the same way. I told her that I was so sorry for what my brother had done to her, and we both had a good cry and wished that things had been different between us.

We are good friends today.

After 28 years I doubt it. She didn't really think of me very often when we were going together.
