How do I get over my ex?

We had a tumultuous relationship and I’m not over him. We have a 1 year old together and co parenting is hard and drama filled. So sad and upset with myself for not being over him. Feeling low.

That is a tough situation when you have a child involved. Really it is time that heals wounds, but having to keep seeing him because of a child you had together doesn't help.

Step 1 don't use terms like ex or boyfriend when referring to him just use his name preferably last as that is less personal.
