Maybe because you need more time to get over it. Even though it was a short relationship, doesn’t mean that you have to get over it quick. You might still have some lingering “what if” feelings esp since you didn’t get to spend more time in the relationship. Just give yourself some time

Maybe you did make so many memories in that short time. I believe you're over that relationship but its just the sweet moments maybe that's holding you. Also you need to fill your time even by simple activities like walking in nature can help you clear your mind and have inner peace
