So I met a guy on tinder. We got on straight away and I felt a great connection. He told me during date 1 he was previously engaged and still in contact with ex due to sharing cat custody.
Anyways we had a few dates and two weeks later his ex found out he was dating me and got angry. She hacked his email and found all my social medias and tried to follow and add me. She even had the decency to send a message request asking we have a chat. I ignored and told him to sort it out which he did eventually.
I really liked this guy and saw pst all of this. We continued to date, and noticed sometimes when we had a disagreement he would close off and ignore me. I told him I am not into that. I also broke it off once because of this and he promised he’d try to communicate better.
So tonight, we broke up. Why?
He was 20 minutes late to our date - where he was meeting my friends. This wouldn’t bother me but during the week he cancelled 2 dates as he was busy with work. I spoke to him about it after dinner tonight and we sorted it out. Great!
then when walking to a bar he kept asking about my friend and her boyfriend. The walk to the bar is 10mins. After we sat down I asked him why he’s so interested in their relationship. He then said nevermind and was silent for the whole time. I asked him if he wanted to leave and he said no. Drinks came, and I quickly drank my cocktail and he drank his whilst slamming his glass on the table. I said ready to leave and we left.
i asked him wtf is going on because I’m trying here. he said ‘and I’m not? I know was late -‘. I cut him off to say that’s over and done with. We have sorted that issue out.
he then said it’s getting late and walked away. I followed him down the escalator and told him we need to talk about this or it’s done. I’m sick of us being like this and you ignoring me. If we can’t talk about this I’m done. He called me dramatic and wouldn’t talk. So I walked away.

Now, I texted him telling him I’m upset and disappointed about tonight. He told he’s looking for something serious and he can’t have that in a toxic environment. I’m so confused cause his environment was and still to an extent is toxic. I’m not allowed to demand my partner have the decency to talk through issues with Me?
