What to think if my ex emotionally cheated on her rebound with me?

She left the rebound a few weeks ago and we recently reconnected properly, but at points a few months ago shed sporadically message me for support and comfort. Obviously thats her emotionally cheating on him.

But she did describe him to me last night, he'd never be there for her when she needed him, would criticize her choices, would get upset with her when she needed him/was upset, would never make time for her, always had excuses for why he couldn't, but always found time for his friends. Plus he was lacking in a certain area too. So I dont blame her for it really, since he obviously didn't give a fuck bout her.

(On a separate note after we reconnected the other day, she has called me babe absentmindedly, and said she misses me. But also that she's taking a break from relationships. Also the overall dynamic is returning towards how we used to talk)
