Ex talking bad about me?

i went no contact when my ex broke up with me and over the past 2 months she's started to call me for random reasons. Thing is, she will do this and then get on social media and talk a bunch of crap about me. We have mutual friends and she will talk bad about me to them too. She broke up with me and I have totally stayed out of her way since the breakup. Why is she doing this?
